Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs
We only go grocery shopping about every 2 weeks, so when we get to the end of those two weeks I have to get creative with ingredients we always have. So I created these easy mozzarella stuffed meatballs. This recipe is so easy and there is almost no work and limited ingredients. I also love that I can stick them in the oven for 30 minutes and focus on something else. So whether you have little to nothing in your fridge or just want to make something easy, try these out.
-You can use fresh or shredded mozzarella; whatever you have.
-Some cheese may leak out while baking, its fine.
-I served over spaghetti with a side of garlic bread (quick and easy).
