Easy Tortilla Pizzas

If you want pizza and you want it NOW, I am introducing you to the tortilla pizza. This 10 minute personal tortilla pizza is everything you ever needed in a pizza, just on a tortilla.
For me this recipe came together from a need for pizza and needing it at that exact moment. Somehow we always have tortillas in the pantry so next came tortilla pizzas, which are now a lunch time favorite. So let's get to it!
Buffalo Chicken Pizza: buffalo sauce, shredded chicken, mozzarella, blue cheese.
Hawaiian Pizza: pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, ham, bacon, pineapple
BBQ Chicken Pizza: bbq sauce, shredded chicken, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, red onion
Literally anything you want.
It's best to use flour tortillas, they crisp up better!
I layer the tortillas for a stuffed crust feel, but you can totally take the thin crust approach and just make the pizza on one tortilla.
For a dairy-free option I used an almond milk mozzarella style cheese. It doesn't melt as well but is still good.
When crisping the tortillas they will start to bubble up, that is fine just make sure you flip them so they don't burn.
