CHOCOLATE CHIA SEED PUDDING


Meet my new obsession, Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding! I get tired of the same old thing over and over again, so I needed a replacement for oatmeal. So I tried overnight chia seed pudding! Chia seeds are great for you so thats why we try and find ways to eat them more. This recipe tastes so good I eat it for breakfast, snack, and dessert!
NOTES:
I love to add fruit to it! Banana and berries are really good.
For dessert add some whipped cream!
Add as much maple syrup as you need for sweetness. I did 4 tbsp and that was perfect for me.
I like to add frozen fruit for a refreshing treat.
This isn't super filling so I recommend eating it as a snack or as a side to something else!
