I think the little things in life matter the most, and that doesn't change when it comes to bettering yourself. I believe if you do enough little things it can make a big change! So here are some tiny changes to make in your life that can make a big difference.

Make your bed
This one is super easy! You'll start your day off with some tidying up and end your day with a tidy space. When my bed is made, it makes me feel like I have my life together. Make sure to open your blinds too!
Make your to-do lists
You probably have a ton of things that need to get done and if you're anything like me you forget about a third of them. Making a to-do list is the easiest way to keep you from forgetting.
Make a couple to-do list. Make one for day to day things that need to get done, one for longterm tasks, and one for your goals. Writing everything down will help you feel more organized and might inspire you to get more done.

Eat more veggies
Getting healthier is just changing your lifestyle. One of the best things you can do is add veggies to all of your meals. Specifically try eating leafy greens, like spinach, they are so good for you since they're packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
Give yourself deadlines
So you've made your to-do list but now its a bunch of tasks haunting you. Give yourself some deadlines, that way you have something to work towards.
Move it
When you take a break from work or whatever you're busy with, try getting up and moving. I know it's tempting to go straight to social media but try walking around, doing some yoga or maybe just some jumping jacks.
Tidy Up
One thing I try to do every night is tidy up before bed. It might be the last thing you want to do but if you take 10 mins at night to clean up you'll thank yourself in the morning. You'll start your day off more relaxed instead of stressed about your hot mess of a house.
Say no
Sometimes we say "yes" to things we don't want to do because we want to feel helpful. You know when someone ask a favor and you say yes but you really don't have time, say no. Go with how you feel if you can't do something don't do it.
Manage your money
Be thoughtful of how you spend your money. I'm not telling you to create a super specific budget, I'm just saying if you really want something you'll find away to get it. My advice is to at least figure out what your monthly expenses are, how much money is coming in a month and how much you can save. Then you'll figure out how and when you can get what you want.

Unfollow
Have you ever scrolled through social media and didn't care about any of it? Don't be afraid to unfollow people or at the very least mute them. Sometimes I'll go on unfollow sprees (I also go on following sprees) where I unfollow a bunch of people, I will say though sometimes I later realize I unfollowed people I didn't mean to so you may want to pay attention.
Go to sleep earlier
Going to sleep earlier is something I try to do often. It can be hard, especially if nighttime is your chill time, but try at least 20 minutes earlier than you'd normally go to sleep. This will help you naturally wake up earlier and feel more refreshed.
Get up earlier
If you're going to sleep earlier, you'd expect to wake up earlier. If you don't wake up early try setting your alarm even just five minutes earlier. This will help you keep calm in the morning instead of rushing around.
